Course 2: Jamaican Jerk Chicken, wild rice, grilled pineapple salsa, mango
paired with Jack B’Bitter IPA

Course 3: “Legit” meatballs, zesty marinara, focaccia crostini, Italian cheese
paired with Petit Verdot, Round Peak

Course 4: Chile espresso Lamb loin, white bean cassoulet, braised greens
paired with Jack’s Frost Mint Cocoa Stout

Course 5: Cheesecake, macerated berries, cherry balsamic
paired with Cabernet Franc, Round Peak and Cream Puff Tart Cherry Cream Ale
