Course 1: Roasted Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, Duck confit, crispy onions paired with Stags Leap Merlot

Course 2: Nawlin’s Style BBQ Shrimp, Roasted Corn Grits, Crispy fried okra garnish paired with Stags Leap Chardonnay

Course 3: Seared Filet of beef medallions, mushroom brandy cream, braised leap and tomato risotto, and french green beans paired with Stags Leap Petite Syrah

Course 4: Assorted domestic and imported cheeses with appropriate garnishes and condiments paired with Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon
